I grew up around dentists most of my life. Two of my uncles are dentists. Dr. Hugh Charles, who is my Mother’s Brother, encouraged my dental interests as I assisted him in the dental office at various times.
I am the oldest of six, and lived in California most of my life. I have an amazing mother and father who taught me the value of hard work from a young age. They taught me to treat others like I would want to be treated. They encouraged me to always do my best.
The Boy Scouts of America has been a big influence in my life. I love the outdoors and camping is one of my favorite things to do. I earned the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of sixteen.
At the age of nineteen, I served a mission for my church in Asuncion, Paraguay. There I was able to share my faith with others, and do a lot of service. After coming home from my mission I attended Brigham Young University. I continued my dental pursuits by earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Zoology and a minor in Spanish. I was married to my wife, Lisa, my senior year at Brigham Young University. Then, we were off to the University of Iowa for Dental School.
I was fortunate to receive a research scholarship there, where I studied and researched Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMD) and Third Molar Extractions (wisdom teeth extractions). While in dental school, two of our children were born.
When I finished my dental degree, DDS, I was accepted to my General Practice Residency Program at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Here I received extra training in Oral Surgery, Dental Implants, IV Sedation, Orthodontics, and Medicine.
When I finished my residency in 1993, Lisa and I moved to Sacramento, with our two children, to join my uncle Dr. Hugh Charles and my father Blair Moser Sr. as part of the Charles Dental Group.
I have been a part of the Charles Dental Group for almost 24 years now. Two more children have come into our family now, making that a total of four amazing children. We love to be together as a family, and some of our favorite things to do is go boating, camping, and to Santa Cruz.
We are a water loving family, from water skiing, wake boarding, swimming and water polo. I have been involved in the schools here, mostly coaching varsity water polo at El Camino High School. I have also continued my affiliation with the Boy Scouts of America as a Scout Master and District Leader.
Lisa and I have made our home here in Sacramento. We love this area, and all the wonderful amenities it has to offer.
I really enjoy the opportunity I have as a dentist to serve you. I have seen families grow in our Practice and now see their children. I even have a granddaughter of my own, what a wonderful blessing that is.
I also have the privilege of my daughter Bryanne working a as a Dental Hygienist in our Practice. Our Dental Group is truly a family atmosphere. It is a place where you can feel safe, cared for, and loved.
I look forward to caring for you as I do my own family.

I began working for the Charles Dental Group at the age of sixteen maintaining its pleasant environment as a landscape/ building maintenance employee.
I worked with the Charles Dental Group for many years while pursuing my career as an oral health care provider. I thoroughly enjoy practicing dentistry utilizing evidence-based medicine, while integrating clinical expertise.
I was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. I graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a bachelor’s degree in biology. I then entered University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine in 2004. I have been married over 13 wonderful years to a very supportive and patient young lady. Together we have four beautiful daughters who keep us busy.
I enjoy many outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends. I personally take interest in surfing, golfing, gardening, scuba diving and of course, dentistry.
I graduated from Semmelweis University in 1997 and joined the Charles Dental Group family practice in spring of 2000. I feel fortunate to be a part of a highly professional team which delivers state of the art dentistry.
With continuous education and training in different areas of dentistry, particularly pediatric dentistry, I am dedicated to providing my patients the most complete and comprehensive treatment options, while ensuring each patient is treated in a comfortable caring environment.

I live in Folsom with my husband and two children. I love spending time with my family, gardening, taking care of my pets and reading books.
I grew up in southern California with a passion for research and science. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from University of California Los Angeles, I received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Near Eastern Languages and Cultures in 2009. While obtaining this degree, I volunteered at community dental clinics and health fairs as well as shadowing a dentist. These opportunities inspired him to pursue a career in dentistry.
To fulfill my aspiration in becoming a dentist, I attended University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry, where I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2013.
Through his efforts with Remote Area Medical (RAM) and UCSF Community Dental Clinic, I provided dental services for patients with limited access to care. Encountering patients suffering from advanced periodontal disease with hopeless dentition sparked my interest to save teeth through different treatment modalities and further my education in periodontics.
Needing some true Italian food in my life, I set out to New York and completed a 36-month specialty advanced training in Periodontics at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine.
During my residency, I taught pre-doctoral dental students in clinic and through lectures. In addition, I presented to general dentists at the Suffolk County Dental Society Meeting. Towards the end of my residency, I was chosen to participate in the Straumann National Resident Symposium.
Family, sunny weather, and great opportunities led myself to drive 2,865 miles to Sacramento after graduation. I joined the Charles Dental Group family practice in the summer of 2016. I thrive on providing quality dental care at the highest level of excellence in a comfortable setting.
I provide diagnosis and treatment of the various forms of periodontal diseases, dental extractions, soft and hard tissue grafting, placement of dental implants, and sinus grafting. I believe in providing every patient with comprehensive and individualized care.

Hi, I’m Dr. Alex Fisher, D.M.D. I grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in a town called Woodinville, Washington. Having spent most of my childhood and adolescence in the rain, I eventually decided to become a dentist and study at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine in Las Vegas, Nevada.
After 6 years learning and practicing, in sunny Las Vegas I was invited to join the Charles Dental Group as an associate general dentist.
Their reputation as high quality dental providers, pioneers in adopting the newest dental technologies, and practicing a patient first ideology, resonated with me on a fundamental level.
After making the move in 2021, I have had the opportunity to serve the people in Fair Oaks and the surrounding areas ever since.
It is important for me to give my patients a comfortable and personable experience. My hope is that after our appointment, patients leave feeling informed and able to make the best possible decisions for their future dental care.
I use state of the art technologies to diagnose and treat most common dental issues such as fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, clear aligner therapy (i.e. Invisalign), whitening and root canal therapy.
My goal is for everyone to achieve their optimal oral health and obtain or maintain a smile they are happy to show off.
When I’m not working on teeth I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife, 2 daughters and our dog Luna. We can often be found paddleboarding on one of the many beautiful lakes in the area or camping on the beach when the weather allows.
I also enjoy fly fishing and hiking when I find the time.
Additionally I try to relax while tending my garden, baking sourdough on the weekends to share with family and friends, or watching movies.
I also love food, cooking, and trying new restaurants and am always open to new recommendations.
